The International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC) and Chinese Cereals and Oils Association (CCOA), sincerely and cordially invite you to participate in the 14^th ICC Cereal and Bread Congress and Forum on Fats&Oils (14^th ICBC) “Science and Technology Innovation for Healthy Cereals & Oils” in Beijing, China, from the 6^th to 9^th August,  2012.

ICC，as the pre-eminent international association in the field of cereal science and technology, is committed to international cooperation through disseminating scientific information and developing standard methods for the well-being of all people. Every four years, ICC holds an international congress which is one of the most important scientific and industrial activities in the field of cereals and oils worldwide.  

Cereals and oils are the basic foods for people around the globe. Relevant research and innovation is a matter of consistent concern. The 14^th ICBC will provide a unique opportunity to meet and exchange new ideas and valuable information with the global science and research communities, and technology, processing and trading professionals in the cereal and grain, oil and food fields worldwide. The event will attract more than 600 attendees from institutions, governments,  processing companies, and academic sides in the cereal, oil, and food fields around the world.

The 14^th ICBC will include invited presentations, symposia, scientific sessions, and poster displays covering the entire field of cereals, grains,crops, oils, and foods. Particular emphasis will be placed on cereal science and technology, oils and fats industry, cereal storage, eastern and western cereal foods, food safety and quality, cereal food nutrition and health, and global food security and sustainable development. The exhibitions will feature more than 80 companies showcasing equipment, applications, products and services for every facet of the cereals, oils, and food industries.
